[b]SKILLS[/b]


[b]GENERAL SKILLS[/b]

[u]Feed:[/u] an excellent offensive skill. It hurts your enemy, heals yourself, gives you a blood point *and* costs nothing. Be careful because you feed off the closest target even a friend or ally. If a Death Dealer or Templar then keep this programmed into one of your F keys.

Damage: 25
Cost: 0 Stamina
Range: 7 m - closest target!
Effect: Gain 50 health.
Effect: Gain 1 Blood point
Cooldown: 60 seconds.

[u]Vampire Revive:[/u] By spending a blood point you can bring yourself back after you die with health equal to 10 + 1 pt. per level (i.e. 11 health at 1st level). Flavorful but a fairly useless skill while combat is raging because you recover with so little health and stamina that you can die easily. Best used to quietly escape from combat to heal elsewhere. Reviving will also cost you 100 stamina. **This skill is more useful now that non-Healer revives are gone from the game. You can now revive and attack during GROUP fights. Watch your health though.

Cost: 1 Blood point, 100 stamina.
Effect: Revive.
Effect: 10 health +1 point/level.
Effect: Weakness

[u]Healme 1: Basic healing available to all. Death Dealers and Templars should keep it programme[/u]d on an F key until Heal me-8 is available at level 8.
Heals: 10 life.
Cost: 10 stamina.
Cooldown: 10 seconds.

[u]Heal-1[/u] Basic healing skill available to all.

Heals: 10 life.
Cost: 10 stamina.
Range: 10 meters
Cooldown: 0 seconds.

[u]Black Regeneration (level 10 Support skill)[/u]
Classes: Vampire Only
Effect: Heal over time, 45 points of damage per tick for 60 seconds.
Cost: 3 Blood Points
Cooldown Timer: 60 seconds
Level: 10

To put it in layman's terms….. only the Death Dealer, Acolyte and Templar may choose this skill, starting at level ten. It's a HOT skill, healing 45 points of health per tick (massive heal; it's a sweet deal in a raging firefight) for a full minute. It costs three blood points, though, so you can only use it twice before needing to feed to bump your blood points again.

Still, pros vs cons? The pros win out, and I recommend taking this skill at the earliest possible convenience. It's kept me alive once already.

Black Regeneration is a must for Death-Dealers and Templars. It really is not useful for Acolytes because the blood it uses is better for Clairity.


[b]DEATH DEALER[/b]

The Death Dealer is our Damage Per Second (DPS) class. This class is really an assassin type. The Death Dealer hits hard and can hit fast. It has the highest chance to hit a target (85%) and really good skills to increase the amount of damage done to a target. The Death Dealer doesn’t have much in the way of healing or their ability to self armour. The Death Dealer also recovers stamina and health at the slowest rate of all three classes (1 point of stamina and health every 20 seconds). This is the class you want if you like lightning strikes and hard, fast hits.

Death Dealers are best as melee combatants. That does not mean guns are useless for some long range softening up if you have time. Melee though works the best since it takes advantage of all the damage buffs you can get via Luck and the Acolytes. Program your F keys with Luck-4, your best Heal Me and Feed.

Luck: This series is one of the best skills to take. With how rapidly you advance it is best to ignore Luck 1 and 2 and just wait until you can get Luck 4 and then Luck 9. Luck skills last 60 seconds and have a 60 second reuse timer.

[b]TEMPLAR[/b]

The Templar is our Tank class. The Templar is a straight forward fighter. These are the folks that get into a fight and just duke it out. They have a lesser chance to hit (80%) than the Death Dealer but recover health and stamina the faster (1 point of each ever 15 seconds). The Tank is pretty much the all around class. It has good attack ability, excellent staying power and decent healing ability.

Tanks can make do with either guns or melee. A combination of one gun and one melee weapon is probably ideal. This gives Templars a long range punch and an up close and personal one to take advantage of any damage enhancements an Acolyte can toss your way. Just remember that getting up close and personal allows a DPS type to use their damage enhancements to the max. Distance keeps you alive longer. Program your F keys with your best Tank Armour, best Heal Me and Feed.

[b]ACOLYTE[/b]

The Acolyte is the Healer/Support class. This is the one you want to go with if you are not much of a fighter and love being a support person. The Acolyte has the lowest chance to hit (75%) but recovers health and stamina the fastest (1 point each ever 10 seconds). They have superior healing abilities, can boost their allies abilities and has one of the best offensive skill series available: Neurotoxin. With their superior healing abilities an Acolyte can be a very good warrior but they really shine in supporting the Death Dealers and Templars in a fight.

Guns really make the best choice for Acolytes because it saves you stamina. You need all the stamina you can get to cast those healing spells and Neurotoxin attacks. One on one you might need to run a lot but Acolytes really shine in group battles. Stay close to your allies, especially the Death Dealers. They need your support to stay alive and beat down tanks.

Program your F keys with your best Heal, your best Neurotox and then either a support skill like Invigorate or another Heal like AreaHeal, Antidote, or Resurrect.

Description:This skill is used to mass stop a group of targets, giving the caster a chance to deliver severe damage. It does moderate life damage to the victims of 15 + level of the user. In addition, it can cause the Daze ability for 10 seconds.
Damage: 15 + level of caster life.
Cost: 20 stamina
Range: 20m AOE
Effect: Daze 10 seconds
Chance to hit: 80%
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Description: This skill is used to mass stop a group of targets, giving the caster a chance to deliver severe damage.
Damage: 40 health + level of caster.
Cost: 30 stamina
Range: 15M AOE
Effect: Daze, 15 seconds
Chance of Effect: 85 %
Cooldown: 30 seconds.

Duration: 2 minutes.

Cost: 40 stamina
Range: 20 meters
Duration: 2 minutes
Cooldown: 10 seconds.

This is very useful skill to cast on Death Dealers who lack any self armouring skill or on another Acolyte.

[u]Invigorate-4: [/u]
Description: Increases the targets damage ability.
Effect: 20% damage boost.
Cost: 15 stamina.
Duration: 2 minutes.
Cooldown: 30 seconds.

Best cast upon a Death Dealer since it stacks with their Luck ability. Also useful to cast on someone who uses Melee instead of guns since it does not affect gun damage.

[u]Infusion-8 [/u]
Description: Group Heal over Time regeneration.
Heal: 5 life per tick for 60 seconds.
Cost: 50 stamina.
Range: 10m AOE
Cooldown: 90 seconds

[u]Infusion-14[/u]
Description: AOE heal over time.
Heal: 15 life per tick over 60 seconds.
Cost: 60 stamina.
Range: 10 meters AOE
Cooldown: 90 seconds.

Nice because it can be used with other heals since it is a support skill.
