Stamina is a reserve of points whose main purpose is to allow players to use their skills. A player's maximum stamina is set each time the player levels to a value determined by their CCS Endurance stat. Stamina is lowered by use of skills; the documentation for each skill states the stamina cost that its use incurs. Stamina is also lost by running, and may be taken by API devices, either as a cost for an enhancement or as a form of damage. Stamina healing occurs naturally and may be accelerated by other players' healing skills and by API healing devices.

When a player's stamina reaches zero the player can no longer cause melee damage or use skills. A player who runs while stamina is zero will incur life damage.
