Vampire asylum is a nice little outpost in the south of the lost angels area, at arrival you will find your self in the subway. From here some stairs will take you up into the town square. In front of you there you will see the Inn, and past it towards the north west corner the remains of an old arena still in use. The south of the town is dominated by a big tower.
