To make somethings clear since the questions reappear every time
If a player gets banned from a SIM this only should be cleared/ asked/requested/appealed to the local SIM staff and SIM owner since CCS won't interfere in any SIM internal bans and handling SIM ban rulings.
If the issue is CCS related, in other words if it involves a CCS dock or CCS ban the following is the procedure:
Local GM decision —> player feels misjudged —> Appeal to SIM owner —> SIM owner Denies appeal —> still feels player uncomfy —> ask Global GM for Mediation.
